He has tried a number of things such as analgesics as Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Excedrin. Also, try special vitamins, progesterone cream niacin. Not sure if its hormones or not, because it seems be a specific pattern. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I also have 2 autoimmune conditions or one systemic. The verdict is still out. Anyway, I have severe stomach pain and eye pain and horrible headaches that feel like a headache cluster. Maybe be a very bad migraine. Not sure. What medications, specifically the opiate family, would be more appropriate? What I ask if given the choice?
