basilar artery migraine

Posted by admin on December 29, 2008

How can I survive without a job or SSDI?

I suffer with fibromyalgia, basilar artery migraines, abdominal migraines, osteoarthritis, asthma, tunnel Carpral, Alleria severe IBS, chronic infection. I've worked since I graduated high school and have run myself into the ground. I am the sole breadwinner my family so I can not stop working, but if I'm not going to remain bad, and will become sick. Besides, my confidence at work is often poor as I can not work. While I'm working constantly in pain, sick and crying. What solution or average should find / take?

Do you qualify for public assistance at all? Go talk to a social worker in a public health center. They can usually give you an idea of what help you qualify for – food stamps, TANF, Medicaid, etc. – if you have to leave work. How Social Security disability takes time, and your doctor can not just "put disability "as someone said, not what will Social Security – even though a doctor that supports your disability claim and maintains good records will make your claim goes much smoother. Do you have disability coverage through your employer? If you have disability coverage short term, your doctor may put on the permit STDs, and must immediately apply for Social Security disability at the time, and the various public assistance programs. If you have disability coverage long term, it should pick up when sexually transmitted diseases Leave runs out, that very likely happen before the Social Security decided to do nothing. If you do not have disability coverage through your employer, you're stuck with having to work so long as you can, then trying to do with public assistance 'until it comes through Social Security – If you come across. :-(

chronic migraine

Migraine sufferers will surely tell you no pain like the pain of migraine particularly bad. This experience can condemn their victims to bed days, behind closed curtains. So unbearable are the consequences for frequent migraine brought to any investigation and all solutions to this terrible evil. Fortunately, with a migraine home remedy can work to reduce – if not eliminate – the migraines.

Migraines can strike anywhere and at any time. They are more common in women and can cause its victims unable to do anything but be in bed. Often, the effects of migraine are exacerbated by the light, noise, and sometimes even smell. So migraine sufferers are known to spend time in a dark room, quiet, in order to lessen their symptoms.

For those suffering from chronic migraines, prescription of medication is often recommended by physicians. This type of medication is taken daily in order to prevent migraines before they start. But for others, who get migraines less frequently or are reluctant to take prescription medications a day, a remedy migraine home is the best possible solution.

Of course, a migraine home remedy is the taking of over-the-counter pain relief or specific drug migraine. But while this often helps take the edge off the pain, can not be taken until the migraine has already begun.

For others, the implementation of a prevention program encapsulates their migraine home remedy for migraine. This includes proper nutrition, including a healthy diet rich in whole foods such such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein and a consistent regime of physical exercise. Many people find that migraine headaches are the body's way of telling us that we are not taking care of ourselves. Strive for optimum health through diet and exercise as your first line of defense.

Throughout this regard, adequate hydration is crucial as a migraine home remedy. Often a headache is due to dehydration of the body and may escalate from there. It is essential therefore that you drink plenty of water throughout the day, experts recommend at least eight glasses a day.

Moreover, getting enough sleep should be a part or migraine home remedy, as headaches may often come from sleep deprivation and stress. Be sure to rest enough during the night. And take it one step further to relieve stress by doing activities such as meditation, deep breathing, stretching, and yoga.

Finally, the most important home remedy for migraine is careful monitoring of what specifically triggers migraines for you and to avoid at all cost factors. Because ultimately, prevention of migraine is the best way to treat them.
