causes of migraine headaches
Drinking red wine causes migraine headaches for me. Will drinking concord grape juice causes migraines?
Doctors advise adding 1 glass of red wine or Concord grape juice a day for health benefits. I can not drink red wine and hope you can drink grape juice.
I've had migraines severe for many years, and one of the only "food that could cut red wine! It's almost an immediate migraine after drinking it. He I commented to my doctor and said sure, red wine is the culprit! Obviously, red wine is fermented differently than white or rose wine. Indeed, Other wines does not affect me the same way. Grape juice should not bother you, it is not fermented. By the way, a glass of white or pink "is so beneficial. (A glass, not a night drunk!:)
