My wife is 49 and extreme migraines. Any ideas are greatly appreciated to help!?

He has tried a number of things such as analgesics as Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Excedrin. Also, try special vitamins, progesterone cream niacin. Not sure if its hormones or not, because it seems be a specific pattern. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. My apologies, I said she has seen a doctor and received Imitrex for when you get really bad, but this does not help much either. I laugh watching holidays Yes, it takes leave …..
