How can reduce the severity and frequency of migraine without prescription?
I have been getting migraines for almost a year and went on the pill that helped. But sometimes I feel fledged migraine headaches and sometimes I get really bad that occur randomly and weaken me for the day. I have three, Tylenol and I also have some expensive tablets that dissolve on the tongue. Does anyone have all the tricks or natural remedies?
Limit foods containing monosodium glutamate. Limit deli meats, hot dogs, fish and seafood. Avoid thiamine found in chocolate, cheese. Apply an ice pack as attack is starting to learn. Practice relaxation, relaxation techniques, music, light exercise, and no sudden change of work for the time off hectic activity.
