migraine natural relief of tension headache?
I am careful what I eat mainly organic fruit and vegetables natural, i exercise, drink water … but I still have the worst migraine and tension headaches permanently … I do not pills … anyone know any trigger points or pressure points to help get some relief? or anything natural to help?
