In the Sources section below, I've listed a website that describes all Common triggers of migraines / headaches. To treat migraines, do not try to guess, do not listen much to your friends or colleagues, but go to your doctor. Most migraines are treatable, but a drug or technique that works for one person, does not necessarily work for another. You have to get a complete checkup and then if your problem is that a migraine (and nothing else), then your doctor will prescribe a medication to stop each of migraine and perhaps some preventive medications (that stops you so easily get migraines or regular). If the initial medication is unsuccessful or only partly work, return to the doctor and get the modified treatment. Good luck!
