Ive been sick for about three weeks and only doctor there since July, they would be entirely within their rights terminate your employment. I do not agree with it, but many companies (including mine) require a full three months of employment with or without leave disease shortly before you are considered an employee with full benefits including short-term disability. However, if your employer sentiment generous, they can keep you, even if you've missed nearly two months full four months of employment.

I work for a large hotel chain, I make two trips per week currently. But when I started to say that the hotel manager offered me two or perhaps three shifts per week. no of days. When I began receiving head told me she needed me to work on a Saturday night because that's what she told the director she needed when he interviewed me (though he never said that) I reluctantly agreed to do so, and she said she would put me back on a back Saturday night and Sunday morning. When I finally enjoy an on Sat night I sleep up to 230 – then im up at 6 for my shift morning, it gives me terrible headache if I blindly do not sleep enough and had to take tonight off due to earlier. Anyway I wanted to go talk the director and ask him if I could work on Saturday and Sunday morning at the place, my mother seems to think they are angry against me if I ask this question or lumped me ive been a long time ago .. I do not think its an unreasonable request .. ?
thats against the law The law states that you must have August 1 hours sleep before starting a shift after finishing a check of your contract and put up with the manager

Alternative Medicine, Chinese Healing Arts, Acupuncture, etc. .. Everyone knows a lot about these topics?
I have a stomachache just unexplainable for about one day each month. I had almost every test possible done, and they have resorted to calling their "stomach migraines" and me given a migraine pill does not work. I'm at the point where I want to step away from what I have done and want to try something completely new. What should I look for in an alternative medicine doctor or clinic, what are the advantages and disadvantages, what is the best route to go, and how can I convince my parents, it is not "a pile of shit" and open their minds? Thanks for your time.
From your description, it is almost certainly a problem menstrual. Western doctors are very poorly suited to address they can not understand or explain, and label it as "psychosomatic or in your stomach migraine cases (Who did not even make sense ~.~)." I sent my doctor friend Chinese (it takes a bit to answer, since Internet access is more difficult to obtain in China), but once he meets me, I will give his impressions on your health. * Also do you know if the place that hurts is exactly the stomach, or one of the organs in the belly. You can view a map to understand anatomy. This will make it easier to diagnose your problem. TCM doctors in the United States have many health practices of women, then they would probably have an idea of what is happening here. I also know naturopaths do the same thing, so if you find one that specializes in women's health, they can help you. Naturopaths are state of dependence, but (in some, they are worth nothing to see). You would have to tell me who you are to know if there is any point in this regard. With your parents it really depends on how open minded they are (still once it depends on where you live as well). Assuming you do not have a strange condition psyochosomatic (where the cause, you must find a kind of emotional trauma that you had this not been treated, I had a friend who had something vaguely resembeld your description, after a drop and it fixed with a form of Chinese medicine .. long story), if there is a treatment for you, it will be in the alt Med field. You can very well tell them the reality. What I do does not work, I think it will. Would you help me or spend lots of money so I can be messed up for long? Judging Chinese doctors is difficult to do, especially if you do not have a good knowledge of the domain (ie as you are new). Chinese medicine is more art than exact reproducible scientific practice, for a result, the quality of doctors matters much more than a MD and the quality of your doctor may give very different results. You mostly from word of mouth and people's opinions. I know that some of good doctors in some regions of the United States, so I might be able to help. If you are a naturally intuitive person you may be able to tell whether the doctor seems good or bad, and I suppose that, at worst, to leave this question. Also Google that you are thinking because they will probably few comments online. * If she comes acupuncture ear up is probably not relevant to your requirement not to accept any person who proposes this. Also, most of what is said Kalos BS. It hangs on this forum and many practical attacks alt med. The topic that I am "intimately familiar with that" attack Chinese medicine (to the point that I consider myself an "expert"). The introduction of Western medicine has this sorta "bias hate "Against the Chinese medicine, to a degree you have to accept people saying things like Kalos. There are many things that bothers me Quackwatch, but I ended up writing and replying to this time since I did know enough about the subject in the sense that I could comment. If you read the source to a fair reading in context, to the mine; http://www.guswut.com/quack.html Hope all this helps. This could be a lot more to chew, so come back to me if you have any questions. * Edit my friend whos 19 has something similar to what youre describing (though hers was more painful) and we finally realized it was a fibroid.

Millions of people suffer from painful migraines. So what can you do when a migraine occurs unbearable, suddenly? The following are some remedies large home for migraines can be applied quickly and get fast relief.
Migraine is a severe headache that is extremely painful and may even be an impediment for many. Migraines are common among the population as a whole. In the U.S., 18% of women and 6% of men report having had at least one migraine headache in the past year. Migraines affect about 30 million people in the United States. They can occur at any age, but usually begin between the ages of 10 and 40 and may begin to decline after age 50. Some people experience several migraines a month, while others have only a few migraines throughout their lives. Approximately 75% of all migraine sufferers are women.
Some people complain that the visual problems accompany their migraine. These visual symptoms include; of brilliant bright lights around objects or at the edges of the visual field, lines zigzag, wavy images, or hallucinations.
Other symptoms may include severe pain in the temple area, around the eyes or in the back head. Additionally, migraines can be accompanied by nausea, fatigue or tiredness, mood swings and a day or two before the headache.
In some cases, migraines seem to run in families. If one of your parents suffered with migraines, there's a good chance that you will too.
Then, What event triggers severe migraines? In most cases, migraines are caused by the following triggers, stress, anxiety, fatigue, certain medications, alcohol and certain foods. Monosodium glutamate (also known as MSG), is believed to be a factor in causing migraines severe for a number of people. MSG is commonly used ingredient in Chinese and Asian cuisine.
Home Remedies for migraine conventional focus on trigger avoidance and symptom control. If you find that eating certain foods or situations are often followed by a migraine, to avoid in the future. This is common sense, but many people do not make the connection between the two events.
Another good home remedies for migraine is moderation in alcohol and caffeine. These are common triggers. Home remedies for migraine should also include getting enough sleep, eat meals at intervals regular, and drink plenty of fluids. Dehydration is also very common trigger for severe migraines.
Massage therapies are often very effective forms of home remedies for migraine headaches. If you feel a migraine coming on, get a massage. Headaches and migraines are frequently caused severe by stress. When you are stressed, your muscles tighten up. A massage works gently stretch the muscles and help relieve the tension built up in your body. By working the muscles of her neck and shoulders and the base of the skull, the muscles relax and the nuisance will be deleted. Ideally, this technique works best if someone else does it for you, but if that is not an option, you can have a massage of neck and head. A massage is one of my personal favorite home remedies for migraines.
Some people get some relief by applying either a hot or cold compress to the affected area. Most people reports that a cold compress works best, but if that is not effective, try a hot compress.
Acupressure is also one of the good home remedies for migraine. Like acupuncture is an alternative treatment known for many medical problems that has been used for thousands of years. For headache pain relief, compression of the fleshy area between thumb and index finger for at least five minutes for one of the quick remedies for migraines. Many people may also relieve migraine pain by stroking [using small circular movements] little slits right in front of your ears.
If have tried these home remedies for migraine and are still in pain, there is another good alternative. Additional information by downloading my other action Quick Home Remedies for migraine.

I sometimes have an aura before the onset of pain. The appearance of it varies. Sometimes flashing lights, sometimes looks like a gloss or a waterfall that is difficult to see through. I had an in the morning which was annoying large and long lasting. Could see even with eyes closed. No other symptoms. Take 2 aspirin and went back to sleep, woke up fine. Currently taking a beta blocker to prevent migraine, but have had a lot of family stress lately. What makes this personal light show in my head?
Although the cause of a migraine not fully understood, most patients will likely have a genetic predisposition to them. About 80 percent of people who have headaches migraine have a family history of migraine. I used to think that the aura and headache in migraine were caused by blood vessels in the recruitment and then expansion (dilation) in the brain. However, recent research suggests that migraine symptoms are caused by changes in the activity of neurons (nerve cells in the brain), and that changes in blood vessels occur as a result. A chemical messenger in the brain – serotonin – also is thought to be involved in migraine. This site is also good for information: http://headaches.about.com/od/migrainediseas1/a/aura_ache.htm
