I take magnesium, vitamin B complex, melatonin, the Acid folic and calcium. All in an attempt to reduce my migraines. Everything else had success with live and minerals?

I take a daily multivitamin (vitamin Prenatal now because we are trying to conceive) and Tizandine prescription (it is a muscle relaxant spinal) In the past, I took feverfew daily for a few months for the headaches. There was no change in my headaches while I was taking feverfew. What I not noticed is that I like to burp and it would often taste of feverfew as felt. A bit like grass / Herby. This was not pleasant. It was actually terrible! The Tizandine seems to help mine a bit. They are by no means disappeared, but they are fewer and less intense. I tried soooo many different medications and alternative treatments with little or no relief. Currently, I'm probably the management of pain my head with the best vitamins and Tizandine.
