Migraine Temperature

terrible migraine for …..? weeks
degrees from the temperature rose to 90 +, I had terrible migraines. Someone has the same problem and helping to get rid of it? I do not want to take medication because I end up feeling worse. any home remedies or tips ???????? Oh it hurts so much.
Ice bags in the back of the neck and a dark room.
